Patients will receive an automated email and SMS text message, upon completion of their exam, if a balance is due. Patients can view and pay their bill online using the link on the E-statement. If no payment is received, a second reminder email will be sent. If a balance still remains then a balance due statement will be mailed to the patient.
Patients can make a payment from the E-statement link, online through the PATIENT PORTAL or by clicking on UCI PAY ONLINE and entering their account information.
