If you still need further assistance once your account has been created, please email portalsupport@mttcorp.com. Note: Your old login and password will not work as a login for the new Patient Portal you will need to set up a new patient portal. All prior exams will appear in the new portal along with any new exams performed on or after 8/24/2026.
Patients can make a payment from their E-statement link, online through the PATIENT PORTAL or by clicking on UCI PAY ONLINE and entering their account information.
